I received the chop saw I orders from up01 on time and well packed. It turned out that it was too small form my needs. I returned it and they were very gracious about it and credited my account right away. I will use their services again.

This cookware is AWESOME.I made Spagetti sauce yesterday and simmered it all day it never stuck once as with my stainless pots. They clean up very easily also. I heard that there were problems with every thing sticking in these pots. WRONG!!! A little butter and my eggs slide all around the pan and are perfect. I am just sorry I waited so long to purchase this set . Also I have a glass top stove and have always hated how just the center of the pan would get hot and not the edges . Now I know it was my pots and not the stove . My fry pans heat evenly now, what a joy .Calphalon Commercial 9-Piece Hard-Anodized Cookware Set

Okay little saw for the price, but you get what you pay for. You can't see what you're cutting very well, and the adjustment screw didn't stay tight, causing errors in the cutting angle. Yes, it's faster than cutting by hand, but not as accurate. Best use: flat cuts.
